Jamaica's Tae Kwon Do team bags 3 gold medals on 25th January 2011, 5:40 pm

ALL three Jamaicans who entered, secured gold medals at the 10th Caribbean Tae Kwon Do Championships held in Christchurch, Barbados on the weekend.
Nicholas Dusard earned a gold medal in the featherweight division, Kenneth Edwards claimed gold in the middleweight category, while Bruce Rickman won bantamweight gold.

The team, which returned from Barbados yesterday after four days in the Eastern Caribbean, was accompanied by coach Conrad Jenkins.
Jenkins doubled as a referee at the championships and was named the Most Outstanding Male International Coach over the two-day competition held on Saturday and Sunday.
Ten countries entered the Caribbean Championships, including hosts Barbados, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Jamaica, Martinique, Suriname, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago.
